Goodwin Drive Condo Renovation + Refresh Project

This condo renovation is complete with new flooring (LVP) throughout the main living spaces, bedroom into the bathroom and halls. The kitchen underwent a refresh by keeping the cabinetry intact, however painted them out to include new hardware. New appliances which included a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. New black matte fixtures and gorgeous new island lighting was added. We changed out the regular countertop to include a beautiful quartz, waterfall countertop that offered counter seating. New lighting throughout. Custom-made sectional couch with custom-made double bed with headboard. The primary bedroom also included a wallpaper to match the aesthetics throughout the main living space. Brand new furniture, art, and rugs were selected and purchased for this client. Behind the scenes, we also included a new laundry room with a new water filtering system.
